These Terms and Conditions govern all access to and use of services, websites, digital platforms, and communications offered by Peacefully Productive People® (“PPP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with Peacefully Productive People® in any capacity, whether as a client, prospective client, service provider, or visitor, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To engage with Peacefully Productive People® services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

  • You act on your own behalf or have full authorisation for any organisation you represent.

2. Scope of Services

Peacefully Productive People® operates as a discreet growth partner for professional practices. We connect law firms, medical providers, and financial consultancies with new clients through qualified conversations and scheduled appointments.

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Business development partnerships delivered on a retainer basis.

  • Sourcing, filtering, and preparing introductions aligned to agreed client profiles.

  • Appointment scheduling and calendar placement.

  • Reporting dashboards and strategic reviews.

Important: Peacefully Productive People® is not a law firm, clinic, or financial advisor. We do not provide legal, medical, or regulated financial advice. We connect individuals with licensed and accredited professionals only.

3. Client Commitments

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information to enable effective service delivery.

  • Respect the professional boundaries of Peacefully Productive People® staff and subcontractors.

  • Use services solely for lawful and ethical purposes.

  • Communicate exclusively through Peacefully Productive People® approved platforms and channels.

  • Pay all fees in full and on time as agreed.

Peacefully Productive People® reserves the right to refuse or terminate partnerships if these terms are breached.

4. Service Delivery Framework

  • Peacefully Productive People® manages a vetted global operations team under strict oversight.

  • Allocation of resources is at our discretion based on client priorities and capacity.

  • Appointment scheduling depends on prospect availability and market conditions.

  • Client feedback is actively solicited to maintain quality and performance.

5. Payments and Bookings

  • All partnerships are prepaid on a monthly or quarterly retainer basis.

  • Payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers.

  • Engagements are confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds.

  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits

  • Retainer agreements renew automatically unless cancelled in writing with 30 days notice.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted only at Peacefully Productive People® discretion in cases of verified service failure.

  • Credits may be issued to resolve disputes or facilitate continuity of service.

7. Professional Conduct and Boundaries

  • Peacefully Productive People® team members operate with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Clients may not solicit off-platform contact or attempt to hire Peacefully Productive People® subcontractors directly.

  • Any inappropriate, unlawful, or exploitative behaviour may result in immediate termination and financial penalties equivalent to the remaining contract term.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All information shared with Peacefully Productive People® is treated as confidential.

  • Both Peacefully Productive People® and clients must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, UK Data Protection Act 2018, CCPA, and HIPAA where applicable).

  • Safeguarding or compliance concerns will be reported to the relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Technology and Communication

  • By engaging with Peacefully Productive People®, clients consent to receive communications including confirmations, updates, and reports via email, SMS, or secure messaging.

  • Peacefully Productive People® uses digital tools and AI to optimise processes, always under human oversight.

  • Personal data is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All Peacefully Productive People® methods, frameworks, and content remain the exclusive property of Peacefully Productive People®.

  • Unauthorised copying, adaptation, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Peacefully Productive People® cannot guarantee specific case outcomes or business results beyond agreed service delivery.

  • Services may be affected by external factors beyond our control such as regulatory changes or market conditions.

  • Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant retainer period.

12. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  • Peacefully Productive People® may amend these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated to active clients.

  • Services may be suspended or terminated if obligations are not met or under exceptional circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • UK clients are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • US clients are governed by applicable US federal or state law.

  • Disputes will be resolved under the relevant jurisdiction legal framework.
